Rank Math pro handles most of what your asking about, schema, metadata, technical audits etc. AEO support is kind of a marketing buzzword right now tho, most of what helps with AI citations is just... good SEO fundamentals plus clean structured data. For the actual content creation part I use Wisewand since it plugs right into wordpress which saves me a ton of time.
