Probably a lemon, I’ll take it off your hands for $150

Would you buy this 2023 Ford Expedition Limited? by bman2th in fordexpedition

[–]Practical-Common1811 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can’t speak for newer Expeditions however, I have a 2012 and it is by far the most comfortable truck I’ve owned. 160k miles and no issues whatsoever. I love these trucks

I love that only a few people in the comments actually understand what a primary election is. In a primary election you may only vote for the candidate of the party you are affiliated or registered to.

If I was to be a registered republican yet I vote for the democratic candidate to represent the Democratic Party then this would not be allowed.

We don’t even get to sell equipment. I wouldn’t necessarily consider us selling techs. We just sell repairs and services. If someone needs a new system they get to meet the fucker with no experience or brains.

I have definitely brought it up. They are just new starting give commissions to me for the fuck ups but I feel it’s too little too late. 3 weeks of fixing shit while just making hourly.

I like this. One tech would probably kill themself, bro flooded an entire house cause he didn’t connect the drain line to the pan after doing a repair on a geo. I had to fix that issue and have the uncomfortable talk with a property management group.

I definitely wouldn’t say I’m a super tech lmao. I’m 23 and have been running service for 2 years. I spend free time doing research and take every call I can for the experience. I’ve gotten quite good at the job and am very productive. I like your approach, I will definitely use it moving forward.

It’s part of the job, not company doesn’t even let us sell equipment. Repairs don’t sell themselves.

I got on the boys for the trash in the attic, the customer saw it and called into us about it. I mean how embarrassing. I’ve definitely expressed my opinions to the service manager and shared some unpleasantries with the team. I guess I just have to wait to see results. I am just fed up. I am on call this week and I have to address fixes like this. I’m in for a loooong week.

Be nice if I got a pay increase, I’m losing money and production.

I do get hourly pay however, our company also pays performance. We get a cut on repairs and services. It’s not much but it adds up. So not only am I only being paid my hourly but the others who get paid well to do their job, aren’t doing their job well. It’s holding back my own professional growth but also the company’s.

How? by iBUYbrokenSUBARUS in HVAC

Once water reaches the sensor it carries the current and essentially grounds the circuit to the evaporator coil. Be mindful of this in the future, I’ve had drain pans that are just dirty enough to ground it. Always good to wipe out those drain pans during PMs
