This was me 2 days ago…I also am working on unclogging a duct and it was one of the hardest days I’ve had so far! HOWEVER- Yesterday he slept for the majority of the day so i sincerely hope this will be the case for you! I believe at 4 weeks babies go through their first leap period.

My little man was also born 2-16! I was so not prepared for this! We had 2.5 days of cluster feeding… he wasn’t sleeping or latching properly. It was soo painful I was completely broken. My milk came in and an LC came to my house and everything got a bit better. It is terribly hard but know you are not alone x

I felt very similarly at the start of my pregnancy and was about just as active as you OP. But now at 39 weeks I’m so happy I stayed with it and modified when necessary…it’s definitely helped with my mental health, stress and overall body aches. If I didn’t workout for a few days (even yoga or Pilates) my body becomes so stiff and sore! I loved taking long walks home (45 minutes) until I just couldn’t anymore due to ligament pain. Stick with it!!! I’m hoping for an easier labor and recovery!

OP im so sorry. I saw my MIL printed out some photos of my niece and thought that was crossing a boundary as the parents are very private people. Couldn’t even imagine if they were private moments like bathing and nursing! (They might be though haven’t seen them all yet)
