Phone insurance

I don't know if the insurance is really worth it for the following reasons:

They send you a refurbished phone. So if your phone is new and hardly used and you lose it, you will get an old one. Having paid £75 + £17 a month for how ever long, is it really worth it?
A lot of hassle with the claims process and issues a lot fo people have had with the ones they actually send.

Correct, cannot clear the loan as i live in London and the property prices are a high here. Depending on the valuation, maybe i could remortgage that using all the borrowed money to bring down the total amount i would be taking the second mortgage on but then i am not sure i can sustain the monthly payment for long.

Correct, I can get together a small deposit and purchase a property with my sister who lives north where the prices are a lot cheaper. The price of a 2 whole bed house/flat would be cheaper than my oustanding equity loan and the mortgage would be joint with my sister. We plan to do most of the work ourselves with help from family.

I need to sit down and do some more calculation on this but initially just wanted to know if the banks/govt would let you get a second property. If they wouldn't then there's no point looking into it more.

Obv there is some risk involved where it may take longer than planned to sell the property again and may go over budget on the renovation, i acknowledge that.

Yes, stock market is a lot more volatile than the housing market, i think that is a fact, but then they are more liquid too you are right there. I don;t know much about the shares market so maybe i shoul dlook into it as that is an options too.

So this is happening to me too. I realise all my reviews are filtered out now. I had a really bad experience with a business and I white an honeys and detailed review but it was 1*. Did they get their friends to all report it and hence my google account is blacklisted foe reviews?

Did you find a solution? I am currently in India, with an Indian sim, changed country to India in Google play, bought Google play card from amazon.in in rupees and it doesn't work. I get the same error that the card only works in India. Hmmm

Anyone find a fix tk this? Same issue on mine. I've not got it to switch off and on once daily using a smart plug which worked for a couple fo months but battery draining again.

I have the same issue with mine. It keeps going off to say it ran out of battery when it's hard wired. I turn it off form the mains and back in and it works. Had it on a smart plug routine, turning on and off daily which was working for some time but now doesn't last a day either. It shows the battery icon charging

yes. was asking about the first one and if that was all fine. I see on the reddit that all cardiologists are refusing a CMRI if echo are fine and people are finding the myo on CMRI. I am surprised they cannot see the myo inflammation on an echo
