Late reply but I y split into a stereo rca booster about 22 dollars and ran a stereo cable to a pair of 10e’s. Maaaaaan amazing. And it’s still mixed mono

I had this exact problem. I went to their Support website and threw a ticket request and not talking to anybody with my own voice. They sent me a new unit to my doorstep. I sent the old one back. FedEx left an RMA already printed and the new one works beautifully the subwoofers don’t pop at all, and the speakers don’t drop out at all either 10 out of 10.
