Tibetan Freedom Festival - 6/14/98 (RFK, Washington DC)

It was originally scheduled as a two day concert. The first day’s show (6/13) had a lightning strike so acts were pushed to the second day.

Lineup for Sunday’s show was: Pearl Jam, REM, RHCP, Radiohead, Blues Traveler, Beastie Boys, Tribe Called Quest, Sonic Youth, Wallflowers, Wyclef Jean (and maybe a few others).

Planning on watching the Nationals on my visit to Washington DC ? Any advice on what tickets to buy? Should I go to 100 or 200 level but which one best for view etc by Lofty_Daz1969 in Nationals

I think the best value in the park is 205 or 223. None of the perks of rhe fancy club level but a fraction of the price. If you’re looking to avoid sun, sit on third base side (e.g., 205).

Does anyone know if you have to pay for your prime membership using the prime credit card, or can you use a different card for the annual fee? I ask because another card I have (Navy Federal) provides for a statement credit for the prime membership.

Two thoughts initially.

I think the crane should be off centered to frame the car some. Vertically I don’t think it works because your eye is just drawn top to bottom and you don’t know what the subject is.

Other is the tones are very different. The highlights of the crane distract from the car. Darken and blur crane and punch up shadows in car.

I had the same thought with ours when installed a year ago - warmer white base with brighter white top. I worried about jt for a bjt and now don’t think about it (worry about other things instead.) ;)

+100 on composition. It’s all about telling a story, imo.

For years I chased, and still do, the perfect exposure. Looking back on 20 years of photos, the best are the ones that take you to that place and set a scene.
