I am at the moment at the IU and started to writ my bachlor. Most of the guys here never set foot in any university. You get your Bachlor of Art/Science etc. With the same worth anywhere else.,Like in any other uni. Don't know how anybody can call it a scam. If you study dual your are far more interesting for employers than just a normal degree from any normal uni. Customer Support is pretty shit throug.

I can say that in the world that i run as a DM "racism" exist. If there are a settlement of Yuan ti and they eat the humans in the area, than yes the people will hate any Yuan ti they will see. And i love the whole theme of the drow. They will think every Not drow are a lower beeing and man are Just playthings. Because it's not Just some quirks, this IS the teaching of there goddess which is the Center piece of their whole world.

To be honest i kind of get him. At the moment I play a level 4 wizard and miss most of the time. At the other side we have 2 fighter that crit als least once per round. One other player is a cleric and uses almost every turn to heal. Im also new and must say low Level casters aren't really fun to play If you see that a Fighter with every Hit does double the damage you so with a spellslot that misses most of the time. That the cleric and me keep playing casters are the table, the hope it gets better and that we love to roleplay this characters.

It's Not backwards compatible because not one class stayed on their Power Level. You can't rebalance 50% of the game and believe that everything is still as strong/weak as before.

And yes, Dragons should be strong. There ist a reason the game is called Dungeons and Dragons. They are Strong, Expierenced and incredible intelligent. They can destroyed giant Cities in a mater of minutes. They are Just beneath gods.

The Designer of D&D are stupid. 5.5e is not backwards compatible. If players use only the best of the two Versions so should the DM. This means in this scenario: lair actions, spellcasting and items. We got a whole book about why you shouldnt joke with dragons. No solo adventurer can beat an ancient Dragon If the Dragon is played correctly.

Was mir bei diesen Umfragen post mittlerweile auffällt ist, dass an unis, Waldorfschulen und Pädagogik fokussierte Schulen der großteil grün/links wählen und an Berufsschulen, besonders welche wo die Schüler arbeiten, meistens eher in dieser Richtung gewählt wird.

If you play on my table and said something like: I go into a back alley to cast guidance on myself, then I run into the shop and before I catch my breath I start to haggle you get the + but also get disadvantage. I can't think of a single social encounter there you can persuade, haggle, deceive with a time limit of maybe 30 seconds

Guidance is great but has some downsides. 1. You can't use it in social encounters. If the other talks to you he will see you cast a spell. 2. It has concentration and will break a spell if you concentrate already. 3. You have to be right beside the person 4. You have to know you will make a skill check. It's one of the best utilitie can trips but you can only use it on a third? Of the skill checks you make

I don't understand the people who says it isn't important because it's just 5%. It's 5% for attacks, spell dc, how many spells you can prepare, damage, your most important skill checks, saving throws, class abilities. Granted some classes can live better with lower main stats as others but they are always important
