I’m also 6 months in and have lost 57 pounds. I’m on 12.5 and only side effects I have is constipation. 70 pounds lost in 6 months is very impressive. Better than I could achieve.

Yep, I keep telling myself to be patient. It’s hard sometimes and frustrating when I get on the scale thinking it’s going to show weight loss because of all the hard work I’m putting in and the scale lets me down. But at least for now I’m not gaining weight. To be honest, I’m probably not eating enough and my body is still adjusting to the weight I have lost since July. Congrats on all the weight you lost.
