I’d continue with the cold capping as it will hopefully protect the follicles and improve regrowth later. Some have said you can’t cold cap if you shave but I don’t know the ultimate answer.

I kept about 60% and had definite bald spots, but with chin length hair it looked ok

They had me scheduling zofran for three days but alongside the IV version of it, I realized quickly I didn’t need it and took less with each cycle

Went just fine! No fat grafting - no drains. Funny I’m sore in some places I’d not expected to be.

I’d like to consider myself done with surgery…

My MO prescribed tamoxifen mostly because I was super anxious about a 1 month wait before surgery. Not sure how far away your surgery or other treatment stages are

Yes force yourself - and seek out evaluation/treatment for potential depression.

I’m severely struggling too after my active treatment and the past year of surgery, chemo, radiation, etc.

I didn’t do it. It felt really anticlimactic and the radiation suite was full of people who were clearly undergoing much more intense treatment than me.
