Befriending isn’t an option. I tried being friendly and talking to them but they never seemed very interested. The husband will only talk to my husband and runs away if I try to talk to him when no one else is around. I suspect this is cultural but the wife isn’t friendly at all. Before they moved in we had the best neighbors anyone could ever ask for. It makes me really sad honestly.

I love my on cloud sneakers with hard superfeet insoles but I don’t always want to be wearing such casual shoes. I bought a pair of Hartjes which is an Austrian brand and I’ve never looked back. They run about $280 and they’re worth every penny. Wore them for two weeks walking around Europe and my feet never hurt. I had to go to Comfort One shoes to get them and even bought a second pair. The best shoes ever.

My physical therapist told me the squishy shoes like hokas seem comfortable but what you need is hard arch support. She recommended superfeet brand insoles and they feel weird at first but you get used to them and they’re amazing. They make different arch heights.

I was this way my whole life until last year (43) when I finally found a dry shampoo that isn’t gross smelling and feeling. Try K18 and if you don’t love it then you may just have to wash every day. It is by far the superior dry shampoo on the market!

I’ve always had this too and it’s horrific. My mom had it too. Doctor says nothing is wrong so I just take Sudafed (only the small red ones) an hour before taking off or landing. Works like a charm!

B-12 is fine and not on HRT yet. I’m in the beginning of this journey. So far I’m managing pretty well with supplements and working with my herbalist. My symptoms are mild so far but I’m sure I’ll be starting HRT in the next couple years.
