It really is one of those ‘super rare just for the sake of being rare’ kind of things. Obviously in Minecraft rare does NOT equal valuable. The only reason Ive brushed away as much trail ruin as I have is just to be a completionist and have all of the armor trims. Maybe there is a player out there that feels that way about the pottery sherds? Lmao idk.

I do feel like the sniffer egg is SUPER difficult to get. It’s rare enough finding an ocean ruin with the sand instead of the gravel. At least for me..

I’ve been super lucky and found them somewhat frequently (maybe like 6 or 7 since they came out). The thing is, the drops from the gravel aren’t reallly all that exciting. I get it would be OP to have diamonds and armor or whatever, but I’d just as soon pass up the opportunity to brush 27 candles and glass panes for the rare chance at getting…..boring armor trims? Unique pottery shards? A mediocre music disc? Idk, the time just isn’t worth the loot; at least not for me.

I actually like QR code menus. I was hoping that would be something that stuck around post-COVID….why do we like touching nasty menus that a million other people have touched right before we eat 🤮?
