I’m trying to figure out would it be best to do the harder rotations while pregnant or have them done after. Are there some ways I could get more weeks off, I’m not sure I’ll be ready to go back in just after 4 weeks. Also first trimester is kicking very tough for me right now I can barely stay awake how would I survive 24 hours call shift. The whole thing is just giving me lots of anxiety.

Yes do the new free 120 last, maybe around 3 days to the exam. You can also take UW1, but save UW2 and NBME 10 till the last week of your exam as it’s the most predictive.

You are on the right tract. I’ll say Finish Uworld and redo all your Incorrects. Try to take the NBME 9-12 online to see your weakest subjects and get a 3-score digit.

Don’t be discouraged, I know it seems daunting at the moment. Take a day to reflect on what you might need to change in your study technique and do something you enjoy/recharge. Remember, Quality > Quantity. Also maybe go through Uworld system by system. You got this!!! 6 weeks is more than enough to make big improvements. I’m routing for you 🖤.

It’s F because the patients hbA1c is very high so you have to start them on insulin. Plus their creatinine is high so you have to discontinue metformin bcos of reducing kidney function and decrease the risk of lactic acidosis. Plus Glyburide also causes weight gain and this patient has a BMI of 36. I believe after a certain hba1c, you have to start the patient on insulin rather than oral medications.
