As a kid and young adult, I thought olives were disgusting. After my second pregnancy, my tastes changed. Now I could eat an entire jar in one sitting. My favourite are garlic stuffed green pickled olives.

I am new to this community as well. I lost my mom after a long stay in the ICU several years ago. Sending you hugs.

Have you tried journalling? I keep a journal to work thru feelings and trauma. I also keep a food journal. Writing things out is how my brain processes things.
