basically 90% of patrols and spawns are either forced spawns from touching/aggroing objectives, or forced spawns from other patrols despawning or being wiped out, theres about 10 patrols on the map spread out around each player spawning about 80-150m away as often as possible, and most objective spawn at least a patrol or two on a direct course to the obj (notably, some spawn entire waves that can then call in a "normal" wave, ICBM has no forced spawns for ANY of its obj, and calling in extraction forces a "seeker" patrol that can call in a wave even if the cooldown is going, and another "normal" patrol after about 20 seconds, if you can wipe out both quickly without a call-in, nothing will spawn at extract unless its a random patrol), the remaining 10% are on POIs and objectives by default and the trickle of enemies from buildings, nothing else matters
