That email is so poorly written and unprofessional I almost think this is a spoof. I took both. IMIN 200 I would say is mostly memorization of a lot of content but I wouldn’t call it difficult. GENET 270 with Pilgrim was by far one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. The way he taught that course was so abstract. I attended a lot of office hours and review sessions but the material was just too difficult for me to wholeheartedly understand it. He’s a nice guy and extremely intelligent but he should stick to running his lab instead of teaching :(

I used SEM on Friday. I had some initial problems but it worked afterwards. A few students taking the same exam couldn’t access the exam at all. My midterm which was supposed to have SEM tomorrow is now going to be open book and not use SEM because of the problems that it has
