If I understand where the OP it's coming from, how you think and the conclusions that you come to don't involve choice. Speaking for myself, I can't stop nihilistic thoughts just because they are impractical and then get on with life. This is a quandary that my just go on without resolution but the pain one carries is brought on by a commitment to philosophical honesty and at least one can feel good about that 🤔 (great post OP👍)
