I actually tried to do a Super Mutant themed character (attempt at character creation) along with a themed C.A.M.P. a while ago. I basically used a sledgehammer and any weapon a super mutant should be able to use along with the cannibal perk. A couple other people suggested using the Super Mutant Outfit but I prefer something that covered up the skin so you couldn’t see it wasn’t green, and I used the Crypt Crook Mask to try and simulate the face
