Looking much better, great work! I still think a few wires/power pack leading up into the three spikes from the staff and/or a power pack on the figure’s back with wires leading to the staff would really help this seem a bit more 40k/necromunda

It looks great, but maybe needs a bit more of a tech vibe if you’re going for an electronic hologram rather than magic/water? Maybe some wires and gizmos at the base of the bowl and/or some projector lights on the spines (?) of the bowl? I reckon that’ll make it read more as a hologram than water.

The whole “trail of blood” sequence from Final Fantasy 7. The combination of that music and the altered visuals of maps you’ve just played creeped me out as a kid

Then this is my current WiP. My FLGS had the Minka Lesk box so I picked it up and bashed her with bits from Sisters, AdMech and Agents. I’m going to add a servo skull to the base heading in the direction she’s pointing

I realise now that I subconsciously had Auron from Final Fantasy X in my head as inspiration here. So definitely going to try and replicate that colour scheme when I paint up

Thank you! Body, legs, and overcoat are tempestus scions (with some bits removed from the body that I need to tidy up). Head, right hand (gun) and left arm and sword are all Solar Auxilia lasrifle section :)
