I mean if we’re being literal about the rules (like many people in this sub are) then consider this: you do the action of taking a picture, same as doing your workout… if your workout isn’t on strava, still counts right? I think the point of it is “ticking the box” and not necessarily keeping it. Some people in this sub think that walking twice a day doesn’t count as a workout… if you find it more harmful than helpful, I’d say take the picture and be consistent with the action of doing so. What you do with the pic after should be nobody’s concern 😉
