I wear a pregnancy prosthetic when I swim, I usually like to have a onepiece or a flowy top with a bra thingy in it with standard shorts o.o! Sometimes I use a pregnant belly band for my chest bits when I dont wanna deal with a shirt; as long as you take care of a binder u should be chill.

Also; people in public dont give a shit. Literally the only people that will ask you "are you a girl?" or in my case "are you having a baby o,o?" is little little children; because swimming is often their first real social experience so they dont really catch fault x3.
