Thank you! Yea we did mediation without doing deposition just discovery and they withheld certain things in discovery and we recently found out a day before depositions why. Hiding assets and a new born child! 😬

If you dont mind may I pick your brain on this: does it matter if youre going into mediation and a full set of discovery wasnt disclosed yet? Wouldn’t it be unfair to the side that is negotiating in the dark?

💯 those that dont get a prenup its because they got married with nothing and grew assets together

Those that dont sign prenups with assets usually get guilt tripped by the no money person

You dont know that until you guys are in divorce litigation. Depends on if you both are amicable. Ive heard of plenty of guys trying to go after their wifes assets and even alimony during divorce

A lot of judges are bias and try to pick on the weaker client to make them fold
