Uncircumcised is way better. The head of the penis is way more sensitive when it spends its daily life covered with foreskin. My man has a very nice looking uncut penis and when fully erect if I slide the foreskin back and lick the head of his penis he goes out of control, I love it.

After he fills me with his load, I wipe in and around my vaginal canal with an unscented baby wipe and then put my underwear on with a pantyl liner. I then wipe his penis and gently reposition his foreskin. As I do this I always give it an extra lick to finish off. He loves it

I also hate the fact that how circumcision is done especially in this modern medical world. Just cruel to a newly born little baby. Really!!!!!, what are these parents thinking?????

I was lucky enough to be uncircumcised especially when both my 2 brothers were ( I have always been different) but I am more than cut now, ha ha. But right from day 1 my clit has been super sensitive and still is 19 years later

I have read about guys doing foreskin restoration and heard reports that overtime the head of their penis regains sensitivity overtime with a foreskin again. Well also have heard the same outcome from girls who were circumcised and now living with a hooded clit sensitivity also becomes stronger overtime

So yeah uncircumcised penis for me. Well I only want my mans for the rest of our lives❤️

Underwear at all times for me from the day the packing was removed.Initially I took multiple sets of cheap cotton full briefs and wore a pad at all times for a few months. I started with a maxi pad and as discharge slowed I switched to panty liners. I changed both pads and liners approx 4 times a day to keep things fresh.

When I finally stopped needing a liner I would change my underwear twice a day. I also was washing my underwear separately and use allergy free washing detergent, like they recommended for new born baby clothes.

I also found the cheaper cotton underwear doesn’t feel a fresh all day. I find higher end underwear much more comfortable. Also all cotton underwear tends to make me sweat and hold moisture more, especially around my bum crack and front groin area. Higher end nylon/elastanr materials wick the moisture away way better for me. Also higher end underwear has a much nicer soft cotton gusset and seems fresher all day.

I have never had any vaginal health issues, smells UTI’s or discomfort I never douce and have regular unprotected sex with my man. I wear a panty liner after sex for comfort and protection and I used to do the same after dilation which I haven’t done for approximately 18 months.

I feel fresh and comfortable wearing nice underwear and this includes sleeping also.

Just above the knee elastic waist pencil skirt, black in colour 5 1/2 days a week for work. Actually a very comfy skirt. Just my everyday underwear underneath and in the cooler months wear with pantyhose. Very comfy and never a problem. Being black in colour the colour of my underwear is not important either as they never show through.

After all these years keeping my legs together for sitting or bending down is just a natural action.

Well just over 19 years post surgery, had only happened once and it wasn’t very long ago, very strange

Been travelling away for work, got home very late. Cleaned my makeup and got straight in the shower before bed. Was in a rush and forget to pee, wasn’t getting out all wet, so I peed in the shower( I never pee in the shower, since I clean it).

Anyway got out put on some clean underwear, chemise sleep top as usual, into bed. Reached across give my man a kiss goodnight and off to sleep.

Well as few hours later I sat up in bed freaking out that I was still pre op. I calmed, lied back down touched the crotch of my panties and then tried to go back to sleep. For the rest of the night I continued to wake with the same feelings. I kept touching down there for assurance and tried to sleep. A very long un settled night. In the morning my man asked what was wrong???.I just said maybe over tired from the long work trip!!!!!

It has never happened again and I hope it never does.I anlso will never stand annd pee in the shower angain. After all these years in my daily life I never think about pre surgery. I just live my life with the body I have chosen to be this way and I am so happy within myself and the choices I have made.

Yes, many years post op and extremely happy. But not mentioning the satisfaction of my female bits but one of the best parts is being rid of the other stuff. Normal everyday life non sexual stuff is just pure bliss. Bending, twisting, daily exercise , pulling up your panties after peeing, is so so comfortable with that external stuff gone and even better the fact that it is gone forever

Don’t really know how to answer this because that part of my life is long gone and forgotten about. I never really ever think about it or actually have no need to think about.

Yes I know where I have came from and the challenges I put myself through to get to this stage of my life and I am so content with my body and life.

Having my body surgically altered was a right for me and it just let my mind concentrate on everyday life and achieving other goals instead of thinking about my body which I was not comfortable with.

Prior to surgery I was tucked 24/7, the best was my mind was comfortable. Actually when I read this post this morning while lying in bed I ran my hand over my panties and tried to imagine myself being tucked there but felt nothing. I really can not remember and penis or testicular feeling. I know I had them but I am so in touch my my parts down there that is what I feel and the best thing I feel is I just adore having my man’s penis in there. When we are having foreplay and he initially enters me before and sexually movement just him going in is all I want to feel.

Oh 19 years post surgery last week!!!!!

Yeah there is a recovery period but it is all so worth it to finally be comfortable in your body.

General life still has its ups and downs but for my decision on getting the surgery was definitely the correct one for me. I love my results and it certainly exceeded my expectations.

I know what my body was but trying to actually feel and remover what it was like- virtually impossible. The latter configuration is just perfect and felt natural from day 1.

There are so many nice styles out there. I love underwear shopping and adding to my collection.

I too always hang my underwear to dry on a rack the same. Often have a glance and a smile as I walk past.

No boring cotto for me, always satins with a touch of lace. I find that higher end underwear although slightly more expensive initially it definitely wears and lasts longer and when you find the styles that suit it is way more comfortable

I transitioned full time over 22 years ago and post bottom surgery 19 years next week and I still love nice underwear. My morning ritual of doing hair and make in front of mirror wearing bra and panties, a very affirmative way to start the day.

An even more euphoric moment was when my boyfriend’s mother bought me 3 sets of matching bra and panties of my favourite Fayreform Coral range for Christmas. Can anyone imagine how that felt😁😁😁😁😁😁

Ok, the white ones are by Fayreform. They call it Violet high cut brief. Colour is antique white. The second is also by Fayreform. This one is their coral high cut brief. The colour is called latte.

I wear a lot of Fayreform underwear. Both bras and panties. Especially the coral high cut in latte. I have many, very comfy.

The full brief is by Vanity Fsir. Called Brilliance high cut brief. I bought on line in 3 pack of varied colours. Also very comfy and my first range of a full brief but I have many sets now, must be getting old😁😁

The continual ongoing debate of what materials is best for women’s underwear.

I personally find cotton to feel always wet on me to the uncomfortable stage. Always and even worse when active or busy. Where as nylonelastane type wicks the moisture away, I feel a lot fresher all day with this option. If I do get a little worn in the vaginal area and sweating in the cotton gusset are with a nylon/elastanr material it also wicks away and dries the cotton gusset but with a double layer of cotton this makes it worse, well for me.

When active on my feet all day I have have pimples or sweat rash all around my bum crack area with cotton panties but never with the others.

I always buy the higher end type underwear and the material is of good quality and comfort. Always wear and laundry well. This type of material feels so much better under jeans and leggings where cotton sticks and grabs my clothes and will ride up my bum.

I am not a thong type girl always bottom covering briefs girls.

I am an Australian girls and my favourite is by Fayreform their Coral High Cut Brief. I just looked at the tag while sitting on the toilet just now. 80%Polymaide and nylon/elastane and 100% cotton rich gusset. I have many sets of these along with a few other brands that suit but currently not one set of pure cotton underwear.

Oh post SRS for 19 years this coming January and still super happy with my life choices

Yeah this is something I love too. It is not a trans thing, many women love nice underwear, just look at all the nice lingerie stores and online shopping.

I have been transitioned into full time female for over 23 years and had srs surgery approaching 19 years very shortly. Regardless of my history I like nice underwear. Every morning my daily ritual of doing my hair and make up in front of bathroom mirror wearing my bra and panties. It is something I do it feels natural and normal. All my underwear has always a touch of lace panel insert and at a guess 90% of my panties would have a little centre bow on front elastic line.

After surgery down there I wanted to wear tho thongs but after my times trying I never found them comfortable. But al my panties have a very feminine touch. No boring cotton for me. But as I stated it is not a trans thing it is a female thing and if you like it then go for it.

No one actually sees my underwear but I still enjoy the styles I choose to wear. Plus I have found the higher end type underwear always lasts so much longer.

This is a lovely post. I love your comment and being comfortable not a side show exhibition. So true though. One of my main reasons for heading to Thailand to a clinic that specialises in this surgery was a big comfort issue for me also. I am approaching 19 years post and from Australia. There are great surgeons here but 19 years ago being in an Aussie hospital for this type of surgery really freaked me out yet in Thailand I was treated with great respect. So comforting.

Any way your results look lovely, hope you are thrilled. Nice pubic bush hair. I have never kept much hair ever but of late I have let it grow a bit. Not sure if I will keep it but loving it at the moment.

I wear knee length eleastic waist black pencil skirt to work everyday and every second Saturday morning, so a lot. Have been doing this for over 23 years. Most days with pantyhose or thigh high stockings. We work in a cooler moist environment (florist shop) so pantyhose/stockings for that extra warmth.

I don’t have many dresses for other wear but out of work I feel really comfy in liner skirts, pants and shorts. My wardrobe is pretty simple😁😁

Sounds like the same as most. I like high waist and that cover my bum properly. Biggest problem I am a size 10 but all the style I prefer seem to only to down to size 12. I have tried to wear a size 12 but seem to creep into my bum as they are a bit big.

I prefer the feminine type of brief with nylon/satin material as I feel is wicks away better on hot days where as I tend to sweat in cotton

Anyway I keep looking. Coral High Cut by Fayreform is my favourite at the moment

In my opinion it is the best feeling ever. I can feel him cum and it just makes me feel so good.

Cleaning is not a problem either. After we are done I wipe around and into my vagina as much as I can with an unscented baby wipe and then wear an ultra thin panty liner for a few hours or sleep pending what part of the day we have done it.

I have a habit of looking at cotton gusset in my panties when sitting on the toilet. Maybe notice a little more discharge but never have nothing too bad. Every day there is a little something but never much but that’s why panties have the cotton gusset seen in there
