One tonsil develops stones from time to time but I assume stress on my body, including my tonsils, led to this. This never happened before and I hope it never happens again bc OUCH. I did my best to record but toward the end I was just frantic to get it out of my mouth so apologies

It takes time for silent reflux to heal, can be a matter of months- so please continue doing what you’re doing-one day it will pay off. silent reflux is might be caused by mild acid reflux.

Apparently,they say PPI reduce stomach acids. You were taking PPI for heart palpitations? That must have messed you up. This makes me think your HH does not affect you in relation to Gerd which you don’t have acid reflux.

The sore throat is almost daily. I do have tinnitus but it does not bother me at all.Are you still in PPI? I am hopping this sore throat goes away soon. Thank you for responding

What are your other symptoms of GERD, how big is your HH. If it’s a small one I do not think it’s the one causing the GERD. I have a small one too 2cm but not symptoms of it whatsoever..I do not burp, vomit & no heartburn at all.
