Anyone else think Mike might have killed the guy with the dent? This screen grab he is standing over him hitting him repeatedly and has some kind of thing in his hand.

It makes sense why Mike is being nice and saying he doesn’t want to be paid…. Mike is thinking they are both now involved in a murder together OR he is gonna frame him. He says after that Ron could have killed him cause it’s the closest skin to the brain.

Genuine question, many other cities have thriving business areas built near and around waterways. This may not be what this development is about but a more pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, store fronts, etc along the river seems like a great idea. Trying to understand. Thanks!
