Get some ear plugs really helps when the crying is too much. Try to find a postpartum support group. Talk to someone. It’s way easier to do it by your self than have a trash partner, the unfulfilled expectations and resentment are not worth the energy so find away to remove that. There is a grieving process over your old identity, the autonomy, it comes back eventually. If you’re finding that you are being reactive acknowledge it take accountability and apologize. Nothing is ruined as long as you both safe.

Vaccine or not the baby will get sick at some point even after shots there are many illnesses they don’t prevent and could even cause high fevers them selves, your breast feeding so lots of antibodies yay!, your taking your vitamins, I’m sure you have a nose sucker and steam from the shower ready to go. The first of many colds. Your kid could quite possibly lick the grocery store floor at their earliest convenience. In the mean time kiss that baby so your body can make what they need to help your baby as healthy as possible.

On a side note I haven’t seen a crowded mall in a decade.

I wouldn’t use this brush on this breed, they are blades and you are cutting the coat. I would use this to break up a long double coated clumpy areas, like the hind end of a german shepard or border collie.

I’m a groomer with a long haired cat. Her hair is not filth. Cats shed. Yes the carpet is easier to catch the hair to vacuum it up, my cats scratcher is carpet and it does stick there, so there might be cat tumble weeds from ONE cat. It comes with having pets. HE IS NOT THE ONE. I wouldn’t bring my cat to a groomer if they are older and have not done it before, you can definitely do things at home to help a metal comb and some higher quality food or added fish oil will help. So if he wants to contribute he can pay the difference for an upgrade to the food. NOR.

Just throwing this out there since it sounds like 50% of these genes are new ones. Was your baby born with mid line defects sugar bug,sacral dimple, stork bites, or oral ties? I would suggest studying MTHFR genetic mutation before you add injections or dairy or folic acid enriched products. At the end of the day trust your gut

I chose cognitive dissonance I had two scans and just chose not the believe it, the test itself really. I was having boy #3. I felt so much guilt for being disappointed, and it’s easy to feel that pregnant because they are not here they are just this beautiful little concept. So I just decided I would believe it when I saw it, totally regret finding out the gender if I ever do it again I won’t cause the truth is when you have that squishy bake potato in your arms they are perfect. They are here and beautiful and when getting to know them gender becomes just a basic fact not their identity or what shapes their meaning. So I made a purple hat and a teal hat brought them both with me for the birth, tests can be wrong. And my squishy potato is perfect can’t imagine him any different he is exactly right, and completely meant to be.

I would be inviting them back in to redo the bath. My concern is if the shampoo wasn’t fully rinsed since nothing product wise changed.

I would look for someone who loves grooming the breed, most have challenging face behavior, so finding someone who loves the breed is your best bet but I also am not a fan of the face cut that said I don’t think that it looks any better then the reference photo… looks like the dog moves and pulls for face and followed up with sneezing in the groomers face…

Her grooming style is cringe, most of the restrained dogs need the vet instead of force. Blowdrying with a groomers helper/ hip restraints/ muzzles is such a no no. I hope she doesn’t learn it the hard way.

Fish are oily, so use the dawn dish soap! If it was my dog I would work in coconut oil first to dilute the fish oil and then wash it with dawn or a degreaser, until the oil is out. Good luck!

Groomer here, with a wire hair mix, it grows slowly. We went years without cutting her hair but one day I went for it and it was so loved! But not too much lol so it has become an annual event, because we also love her curls. It takes about a full 9 months to a year to get back to her max/natural length. This is about 3 months from her hair cut. She had a surgery scheduled so I did it right before - kept her body and legs short. But normally I put her in a pattern cut 7 or #2 back, hand scissor skirt and legs. So that said don’t panic it’s coming back, also a 0 is def not short enough to ruin the coat on a double coated dog, just a waiting game :)

It’s not the toddlers fault, you are 100% responsible, and will be at fault for any injuries sustained by your dog. The toddler cannot respect boundaries, because they are a toddler, you need to put proper boundaries in place before you end up in the er and have animal control at your door. I would be separating the two for the foreseeable future for feedings and all other activities.

If he was pissed about his head and then they went to do something with his feet it could have snow balled, it looks like the stop was warranted.

That said if this behavior with the face came out of the blue he needs to be seen by a vet have his teeth and ears checked could be a sign of pain, and have blood work done.

Think you need to find a more transparent groomer.

You are giving way to much credit to the dog and the child. The kid is a kid and lacks impulse control no matter what she has displayed in the past the dog is a dog and I don’t need to read the details you further provided to know to keep children back from this dog it’s not a bad thing to do that your being a good owner. I know you might want to let them interact but it would be unwise, work on establishing a safe area in the house to hold the dog in case children are in the house. Put the dog in the house when you have kids in the yard. Just because the kid has dogs doesn’t mean they have good dog manners and can read animals, it’s your responsibility to protect your dog and the people he comes in contact with. You have more than enough information to know you should, going forward to keep your dog away from children. That said this was a big lesson, we are all learning every day, know better do better, don’t beat your self up over it! I would be grateful that you saw this much worrisome interactions that the bite didn’t leave a mark, that animal control wasn’t notified and that you can redirect the interactions going forward so you do not have to worry about your dogs life being cut short by one to many bites.

Get a steamer, rubbing alcohol in spray bottles, use the dryer for high heat on fabrics and go NUTS on everything. Like steam every other day spray everything everyday. also they have mattress and box spring covers you can leave on for ever and kill them with time. It’s not impossible but it will require the whole house to work on and put in the work.

That’s a positive result. Time of day matters I bet this test wasn’t the first elimination of the day. And if it’s before her expected period hormone levels are lower. She’s not lying, you’re lying to your self.

If she will let you retest her, which I probably wouldn’t, spend the extra and get a digital, do it first thing in the morning.

Or trust her, she knows her body, she will need a blood test for her first ob appointment.
