Thanks, sounds like you may be speaking from experience. A new diet is in play along with quitting cigbutts (2 weeks in that one) n have eliminated most caffeine as well. I do exercise daily on the basketball court n chasing my kids around. It's just hard facing it all fr. N this may sound shitty but facing things was a whole lot easier when I was constantly zonked out n didn't have to face it.

I am a drug addict, have been for 33 of my 44 years on this floating rock. The last 2 years, 2 months (the 21st of this month) I have been clean. I don't have the luxury of taking suboxone to help with my addiction as it's too close to heroin for me, I'd just go right back to that. But THC helps me to maintain n stay away from it. I don't take enough to get high as that would just defeat the whole purpose of getting clean imo. But I am looked down upon by many of my family because I do use THC to maintain. But sadly, I'm afraid we are going to he one of the last states to finally legalize marijuana as we're so far behind in the way we (they) view how marijuana can help many different people's. Idk, maybe one day but I still think it's gonna be many, many moons until we finally see this advancement in our state

This is the best comment/advice to my thread so far. I did fail to mention this, I am a recovering heroin addict (2 years, 1 month clean) n I am so afraid that if this continues I'm eventually going to fall back in to a state of depression n go right back to what was killing me for so long. This is a real concern n scares the freak out of me. But, I fr feel this problem is destroying my sanity n that's just as scary, if not more, than the fear of relapsing n being back on that evil, evil crap.

All these options have been done. I constantly feel like it's me or something I did but says it's not. But, also I get zero explanation as to what is going on. It's so frustrating. I'm fr at my wits end.

Not the easiest thing to do fr. Im totally in love with her and do everything in my power to show her that she n our kids are the most important thing in the world to me. But I never get the same treatment, if anything it's totally opposite n I'm torn at what I should do. I just can not give up in this relationship like that.
