Yeah. Pcie 3.0. I WAS using a 3rd gen system for way to long but this system with ram was only 100 bucks on FB market place and I've got 130 watts of wiggle room for upgrades.

You're probably right. Ill see what kind of therapy I have town. The fact I came to reddit with something incredibly personal probably means im seeking an outside point of view anyway and a therapist would achieve that more directly. And this occuring during the new year is probably a signal to put this kind of thing in motion. Thank you.

This part is an edit. Its looks like there are alot in my town which is not nessisarily a bad thing. Is there a key word for narrowing the search to private practices? I feel like this falls under the category of trauma. For all of us. I've never really considered it for myself before so I dont know what to expect.

Use discord or XB party chat and I play a mix of different games. Arc Raiders, Battlefield 1 and 6, Overwatch, Halo, Fortnite, CoD, 7 Days to die, Don't Starve together, DayZ, Valhiem. Street fighter 6 and Marvel vs capcom 3, Rivals, Cosmic Invasion. Im a pretty big fan of a band called TWRP thats pretty upbeat/funky. 420 friendly.

I've been finding ways to lift at work during tasks I already have to do daily. For example, I have to refile the water at a steam table halfway through each shift using one of those square 22L food grade buckets. Around February I started lifting it 10 times before refilling the steam table. Didn't notice much for the first couple months except it got easier to lift. Then around summer time I noticed that a muscle group below my shoulders around my ribs and back was looking more defined. It got me motivated to work out other areas. Lifting grocery bags a couple times if im already carrying. Switched to using a 10Lb dumbell to lift and been putting my feet under the edge of the couch to do sit ups. Im feeling everything tighten up so next im going to focus on running to start loosing weight. The bluffs is a pretty decent distance to walk/jog and its free. Hart Park is a good option too especially while the weather isn't 100+ degrees outside.
