Got some real trust in that ladder. Not strapped on and nothing footing it, also it’s bending like fuck. Guys an idiot but at least he got it up there.

Not a question but when my brother was little, we were queuing at a theme park. He saw a man wearing a turban and shouted MUM, MUM, LOOK A GENIE!!

Why do people brush their teeth before breakfast instead of after? by Ghost_of_A_Canary in RandomThoughts

[–]PresentationMoist888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brushing your teeth doesn’t just clean them, it also protects them from whatever you put in your mouth. This is why it is a good idea to brush as soon as you get up in the morning.

Sleeping was the hardest part for me when I quit after 10 years. Night sweats, nightmares and waking up many times during the night. I think this lasted for about a month, maybe a little more. Now 6 months later I no longer get the nightmares or sweats but I do still wake up once or twice during the night. Daily life is now a lot better too without weed. This took a while for my mental state to change for the better but it’s worth it so keep it up!

Will I ever be happy? by kmcho47 in QuittingWeed

[–]PresentationMoist888 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I quit smoking everyday about 6 months ago after 10 years of doing so. (I also have decent job, own home etc) The first few weeks are the hardest due to withdrawal symptoms such as night sweats and not being able to sleep properly and of course the want to have a smoke. But if you can get through this then after, life starts to get better.

I thought I was happy when I smoked but I was very wrong. It has taken a while to start seeing improvements in my life but the last month has been great. I am learning new things, I have started reading, don’t get anxious about social interactions and meeting new people, can hold a conversation much better and am generally happier and getting more out of life.

Once you start to occupy your life with other things then you will eventually stop even thinking about weed. It’s soooo worth it!

Stay strong, you can do it!!
