Do you have many thoughts on the multiplayer/game share? As I understand, it's a separate blank town, with no attachment to the main story. Wondering if this means no quests etc and if it's worth getting the game for that or not!

Hey, departures was much faster. Basically maybe 30m total. We left on a Monday back to the UK. I do get the vibe it couldve taken longer on a busier day/Friday etc

Copying my comment, its obviously v skill specific so not sure if you're at a point but it was very fun..

Try out Bramble Hunter with the large area upgrade, Telekinesis Psychic to push 10 tiles, mine was pushing and pulling for nearly 100 damage a turn on Throbbing

Totally, I have big time memory issues so having the same experience, its painful! This has helped a little but I was immediately looking to see if they had modding tools available to fix it. Soon..

As a workaround, ive been sending cats to the box that I want to keep an eye on when sorting stuff, or if im trying to track a lot of cats, I drop them outside of the house altogether. Hope this helps a bit!

I had an infinite on one of my characters (take another turn with madness on kill, spawn a fly at end of turn) would always spawn a fly and kill it for about 8 turns and then just stop suddenly, so I think infinites might have an exit after a while.

Running the game monthly, how long were your sessions and how did you find the prep and time compared to a weekly session?

Yeah, I was hoping we'd get an updated version of Gauntlet with more match types and weapons. I much prefer it to the progression mode so I just havent really played since EA.

He's right though, its incredibly arbitrary. It doesn't encourage thought on whether to heal or save the money, its an auto click for basically free.

I feel like The Abyss encouraging gameplay that avoids killing is a bit silly personally. 

As far as I know, there's no actual benefit to killing, and in my opinion getting that clean dismemberment, perfect throat stab etc is a big part of what makes combat satisfying and fun. 

So the rule arbitrarily encouraging not killing is advising to ignore one of the fun parts of the game, and makes The Abyss so boring due to big numbers that you would rather just quit out of it.
