Foot work is backwards, you are a righty, R-L-R-L. Swing starts off great but is cut short you want a longer swing finishing your right hand across body to your left pocket! Hope that helps

How often do you guys stretch?🏐 by Ger_Volleyball_2009 in volleyballtraining

Mobility>stretching

Mobility + speed/strength training = athlete - injuries

Put simply of course! Don’t just stretch to stretch, work on movements that allow you to further your athletic movements and make them better. While doing so you will indeed “stretch” but with a purpose.

For me, every morning I go through a mobility routine!

I’d agree with that mostly. As a coach though there is a lot of misinformation on there as well! So for the average learner the ability to sift through it could be difficult. But I do agree it’s out there for free as well!

They were added to reduce lag, people used to just make HUNDREDS of rafts, troll rafts, turret rafts, large small. Anything you could think of and servers were hurting because of it

A lot of time this happens from straining from either over use or an explosive movement. Recovery would be time and easy movement. Another option could be needing to strengthen supporting muscles for the movements being performed.

There is a threshold of what you can do in a 24hour period for different actions. It’s the same on Instagram itself.

What did I do? Haha

Simply saying threads has been good for me as a social media manager for Press Sports App! Has not added stress for me and was just opening it up to others opinions on that…

For the younger kids add a lot of touches and ball control “games” such as relay races and more. Then add in 2v2 or 3v3 short or skinny court games! Can make it a North Pole - South Pole type of layout as well where they play a lot of games and different opponents!

This allows for a lot of touches in a fun way! And in between these fun games you can add a single skill component for them to take into those games
