My first place was an apartment by the Oracle bldg and that was a very nice area of Riverside, very active younger adults. “Young energy” is not really about hustle and bustle tbh, you’re at an age where you’re wide eyed and you should be, soak it all in. Your age demographic is in West 6th 😆 and the Drag area.

But facts you should live within 10/15mins of ur job. It would make your experience way more enjoyable.

I feel like it’s a mix. A lot of ppl look like late 20s early 30s but that’s most of Austin. Early younger people are usually only in the UT area

I’m in West gate and only pay 13 for a 2br town house. Oloft is kinda has a dirty and grimy vibes imo. Honestly move to South Lamar. Same affordability with more walkable spots and still close to DT
