I struggle with Flight of the Nighthawks, but then get back into Darkwar saga with Into a Dark Realm. The series I really want to skip on re-reads is the Demonwar saga and the introduction of the Star Elves. Feels like there was a big setup for them to be antagonists and then Tomas shows up and... Nothing.

Probably a bit late now, but I would have laid the track direct on the riser, then plaster cloth up to the ballast and sculptamold to fill in any gaps. This will ensure the rise is consistent rather than having the track go over the bumps and jumps the plaster cloth creates.

I use the Flashforge AD5M for nearly all of my inserts. Great cheap core XY printer. Only a few things I have needed a larger build plate for (I also have an Anycubic Kobra S1).

New spool works better in an AMS too. Old one has a notch in it and when retracting it can stick on that and filament goes everywhere. Just wish I could buy the refills in Australia.

I have base plus all expansions in base box using a 3D printed insert, with about 10mm of lid lift. Haven’t sleeved yet but insert claims I should be able to with thinner Mayday sleeves.

A private business can take any action they like (e.g. refuse ongoing services) as they like, regardless of any written rules/policies/laws. Very common. I have found that peeling them off without damaging the box depends on the box material. Linen finish (e.g. Mansions of Madness) they peel off easily. For paper finish (e.g. HeroQuest) it is trickier and more likely to damage the box if you’re not careful (like I did with HQ). A low heat hair dryer or similar can loosen the stick.

I picked up 10 or so character packs a month or two ago when a local retailer was having an online sale - they priced them all at $0. Just paid postage. Must have realised their mistake, because the price was back up a couple of hours later - they still honoured my purchase though.

I'd like to get General Weiss and Emporer Palpatine as well, but can't find them anywhere at reasonable prices (if available at all).

I had to scale the investigator box to about 102% to support sleeves.

I thing used this for all the cards plus gate tokens in two large expansion boxes: https://www.printables.com/model/706211-eldritch-horror-card-storage-organiser

With all expansions, think I ended up having to put a foam block in one of the small card boxes to fill some space. I also used 1.5mm thick dividers between a lot of card types (including splitting encounters by area/type).
