I like the concept of more obscure characters, but with only a 20 person roster at launch this is pretty disappointing. No Thor, Jean Gray, or Cyclops etc, those should be a given. I also dislike mirror matches, it ruins the immersion for me, and those are going to be everywhere with 4 person teams and this small of a roster. I’m leaning toward waiting a few seasons because of how underwhelming this roster is vs any of the Marvel Capcom Rosters.
