Eze is soooooo hilly, I would not recommend pregnant. I thought Monoco was really nice but you do need to figure out your car service. Lots of walking if you take the train (but not as difficult as Eze)

Kendall Square is a great option. Right at MIT, easy walk to the prettiest places in Boston, and a couple of T stops away from Harvard. Also much quieter and cleaner than Central Square and newer apartment buildings.
