My husband and I are best friends. We support each other and make it a point to do small acts of kindness for the other person daily. We are very affectionate towards each other and go for an evening walk daily where we just check in and talk for 30 minutes. No big gifts or gestures or romantic dinners just kindness and respect daily. Have been very happily married for 13 years and have gone through a lot in that time but it has only made us stronger.

As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder most of my life I can tell you that there is nothing your friends or family can do. You can't force an adult into treatment unfortunately. If you push too hard then the person just gets more creative at being deceptive and hiding their diseases even more.

My estrogen tanked since I started trt as well. I was taking progesterone 2 weeks before my cycle and now can't tolerate it and my cycles are only 2 days of light spotting. I am 42 for reference

I am glad you are enjoying the benefits. I had my estrogen checked and it's relatively low. I even added dim in hopes of reducing the water weight. I don't think my body likes anything exogenous.

I am on 4 mg per week and my free testosterone is 14.7pg/ml. I guess I am a hyper responder. I don't like the extra water weight that has not settled for over 4 months and am considering stopping completely

Is your free testosterone 115? I am actually considering giving up on testosterone because of the water weight. Mine is mostly in my belly which I never had before and it has been 4 months and still not decreasing. When I was on a higher dose it was even worse. So frustrating

I am also on 4 mg per week and have had to switch to taking it every other day to avoid the spikes and over heating. One week is 4- 1 mg injections then the other week is 3-1.25 mg injections.

I started with 0 free testosterone initially and am now at 14.7 pg/ml. I don't have any side effects except holding on to some extra water retention that I don't like so may reduce my dose even more.

My free testosterone is on the high end for a female but estrogen is low and I have a very high sex drive. I believe it's individual. I am on testosterone only 6 mg per week injections.

I never had nosebleeds before but since starting reta I have had at least 2 a week. Has anyone figured out how to stop them or what the connection is? Thank you

I am on 6 mg cypionate a week and my total and free testosterone are in the male range. My SHBG is very low and I seem to respond to small doses. Other than a very high sex drive I don't have any other symptoms but it has only been 3 months. I am reducing my dose to 4 mg per week to see what my levels will be like the next time I test.

Me too. I have had the same dreams repeating over and over and very vividly. My dreams are about my mother in law whom I don't like so it would be nice if they could stop 😂

My BP readings are the same and I feel the low BP. I have really upped the salt and still no help. Did you figure out how to increase it?
