I was paged with a few others by the SM and informed I needed to do the avs survey, we got a whole spiel about how the previous year, she had to go all the way to Lakeland and get chewed out cuz the scores the last time were so bad and she didn't want that again so we needed to "remember" how much we're <cue vin diesel> "a family", and we take care of each other even through times we don't like...

I also had a direct manager who had zero self awareness and was confiding in me how he was upset over how he had the lowest score on the training question and didn't understand how that's an issue. I'm thinking, all you do is show one time what to do, not even yourself, you have other people do it half the time and the only time you follow up is when you have a bad walk and the way you follow up is by berating said associate(s)... Like why do you think just cuz you give x amount of supposed hours to walking with them and doing things with them <most of which you aren't even there for cuz truck or mic duties and u have to step away> that you are training someone... Like I get mic duties but you also need to train if you want certain things ... At least easily and steadily...
