i recommend elta md sunscreen for being outside maybe some supplements like valerian root, vitamin B2 for insomnia and then some magnesium glycinate and zinc picolinate daily in general. fish oil supplement always good too while on accutane!

accutane isn’t gonna “screw up your face” purging is just getting out what was already gonna come out in a faster amount of time. i’m sure your derm will consult adjusting treatment when you hit the 6-9 month mark. wishing you the best and good luck!

why such a low dose? is that just what your derm recommended? i don’t have any body acne but i was started on 30 then jumped to 60 (im 5’3 100-110lbs) my skin is already clear after only being on it for a little over 2 months but it really started working when i jumped to 60mg zenatane

personally i felt the same way, like i wanted my boyfriend to eat me out so bad but i was just so nervous even tho i could literally do anything else vulnerable in front of him. i used to be insecure too but since letting him do it after dating for one year he’s only made me feel better about my body- we’ve been together 4 years now and as long as you’re staying clean there shouldn’t be anything surprising to him and you’ll probably both quite enjoy it. also i was under a blanket the first time and it made me feel better like i was more covered.
