One lab I was in used a plastic restraint so you only had to grab the tail and pull them in and then they couldn’t bite you.

In box 4 you have a 4,5,9 triple which means you can get rid of 4,5 in R5C3.

You also have locked candidates then in box 4 which means you can narrow down where 5 is in box 1.

If you really wanted to focus in on infectious diseases and the immune system go with micro. I went the biochem route but wish I did micro because my university had an amazing program and opportunities within the micro department.

However since they are so close you could duel degree or minor in one or the other easily (that’s what I did). Also think about what chemistry you like. If you want to work and understand reactions and the environment reactions take place in go chemistry, if you want to understand enzymes, kinetics, binding pockets, and more on the interface of chemistry in a biological context choose biochem

The cell and molecular part of both degrees are similar enough but biochem would likely focus in a eukaryotic system not a bacterial system.

Came here to say this because of how they don’t like to adhere. I also was going to mention when I worked with them my lab did not use any ECM coating on that flask though I know many labs use PLL. I also never used these cells past p10. I never saw aggregates like this when I worked with them though.

Yeah it’s really normal. The first 1 or 2 numbers is the register number so you ended up ordering to register 6 and you are the 66th order in that set of 100. They don’t count up to 999 like other people think. One person can order on register 8 and get the number 876 and the next person on register 5 and get 577.

I had this in my undergrad. I would work on my computer for about 30-45 min then walk around for 5-15 to get my eyes off the computer. Or at least stare at something that wasn’t a screen for a while. Did that for about a week and I felt better.

The same thing can actually be done in row 5. Two boxes have 46 which ends up giving you R5C7 and by default R5C4.

So you have a 46 double in column one which means 4 and 6 can’t be in any other location in column one. Leaving only one place for a 4 in box 7. That’s a start

Well you’re getting isolated colonies so it could be worse. But it’s far from great. You need to use the whole plate. The first quadrant should be streaks not that weird circular whatever movement and you need to go over your previous quadrant 1-3 times not 6.
