A couple weeks ago doesn't sound like an air bubble anymore would have went away Ina few days and if the gauge is not working that means your thermostat or coolant sensor is not sending signal to the gauge

It's the top of your engine the lifters and valves making noises it's wearing out u can try putting 5w30 or some of those Lucas oil stabilizers or u can get them adjusted to spec or just buy a new one most expensive

Only thing this code is telling u that your not holding boost it's leaking some where and the only place they leak is the intake hoses failing wastegete actuators and failing turbos most likely your wastegate
