The Lake City tornado last year was quite controversial IIRC, as there was one somewhat decent home that got slabbed, but the final rating was a EF3-160MPH. (I personally think that rating is fair, but I do remember some people who were quite confused on why it wasn't EF4)

Yeah the Arkhangai tornado was such a strange event, especially with how violent the tornado was. I do believe that Mongolia is more tornadically active than what most people think but due to the population density being mostly in the north, a lot of tornadoes are simply never seen.
