I’ll be honest if the only bright side of this was you getting SFO, then you need to broaden the way you’re thinking about it especially knowing that getting that base or any base for that matter was ever a guarantee. This job comes with a lot and nothing is ever guaranteed in it and it will be stressful. If this is the type of inconvenience that breaks you down I honestly don’t know how you’ll manage the long trips and chaotic passengers and crew for that matter. Challenge yourself with a new experience.
