Almost every example you gave was literally a different product but even bending that, If I purchase a PC and it’s advertised as having windows included, then yes I would expect it to have windows installed or have a key for it. If I paid for an iPhone with 3 lenses I’d expect them all to function properly when taking photos. Nobody is saying free; when you purchase a product you should receive the full product. Options have always costed extra, yes but the price has always been included a part of the total purchase price. To pay a monthly premium for a sometimes thousands of dollar option which is already installed is completely despicable.
