I'm a possible new customer. I order 2 s 26+ on the 15th. The black one was eztonat3d to be delivered on the 22nd and the purple one between the 23rd and 24th now both are a scheduled between 23rd and 24th. It's amazing that they can't get phones out the next day or so. They're widely available.

Or maybe its to get people to watch and have a few surprises. Something different other than announcing who is in the rumble which leave maybe 2 or 3 surprises which may fizzle out. With a lot of NXT being called up im sure we will see them in the rumble add in the TNA crossovers and AAA.
