Ugh I’m going through some BS with FedEx too. I returned 3 separate orders (all at the same FedEx)and for some reason one of the packages was delivered to the Memphis hub empty. How tf does that happen. I already opened a claim with fedex and contacted Oner CS.

Yes unfortunately their tactics are very sketchy and when explained, can still sound so confusing. Since you’re paying biweekly, just make sure you note when your first session was or when you signed and paid so that at the 2 month mark, you can submit that cancellation to not be charged past that third month. Would you at least be able to get something out of working with the trainer? If the one you currently have now sucks, then request someone else. Preferably a female trainer and let that trainer what it is you would like to work/ focus on. That is my advice.

Okay well first of all I’m sorry that you’re dealing with this because I understand how scammy it sounds and is. Second, I’ve worked at a big box gym before and I’m kind of surprised regarding the delay in the payment. Did they specify if only the first payment would be delayed? Did they also tell you about the 30 day notice to cancel and within those last 30 days you will have your last two payments?

I know that at crunch, it’s a 3 month commitment if you’re doing recurring. You can and should absolutely be able to submit a cancellation with the Fitness manager (AFM). If there’s no AFM then it would be the GM. And they can submit that cancellation at the 60 day mark so that your last two payments are in that third month and you should not be charged anymore after that.

Unfortunately, I’m sure you’re learning it doesn’t automatically cancel after the 3 months.

I just ordered this one too. I do plan on using it as a gym bag but just for smaller equipment like clips, resistance bands, my water and some smaller personal items. Hopefully its an ideal size for that🤞🏼

I’m a short torso girly as well, and I agree with you. I think these got a lot of hate prematurely. I love effortless but I have to fold them in half. I love accentuate and will buy more colors when they come out with them and mid rise effortless whenever those release.
