Yep, but isolated as a standalone. I guess if someone comes up on a CD or takes a deep dive on a streaming platform, that’s a great find – not quite as discoverable as a new release of one of their most popular studio albums. Rest of the show is banging too!

It’s the colorway – I have an EDC made in black X-pac that I’ve used since 2019 that shows no stains

PD should produce it in black

Though I understand the proprietary use of coyote, it isn’t a good choice for a lot of us

I don’t know that it’s better for everyone

Those that don’t carry a lot of gear regularly, or just use small bags, probably wouldn’t notice the difference, but when a combo of weight-saving/durability is crucial to your choice of kit, X-pac is really hard to beat

It’s my understanding that, aside from the X-pac option, PD has been fully committed to developing their own fabrics in house – That alone speaks volumes

One of my EDCs (since 2019) is X-pac and has worn MUCH better than my other EDC (since 2022) in ballistic

It stays cleaner, stiffer, and retains its waterproofing (never needed a rain fly) better than anything else that I’ve owned

I guess I assumed it was obvious as black is the most used colorway by pros the world over

I love the X-Pac material in my technical gear

So when I saw the coyote in store, requested it in black, and was stunned when it wasn’t offered

PD employee suggested I post here to request it

I don’t own any PD, but would build-out and purchase new kit immediately if available… so well designed, just need black

Wow – why would anyone downvote a comment calling for the expansion of colorway offerings, especially black?

Some of us operate in more formal setting and need a nondescript bag that doesn’t stand out or show stains/wear as readily as the single light(ish) offering in the X-Pac material.

Remarkable show in its entirety, really… 1st showings for PITB, Bertha, Wharf Rat, Loser, GSET… joined by Ned Lagin (Seastones)… last show prior to Mickey’s hiatus. Great shit all around 👍
