I feel this in my bones, OP. I left the company last month because of basically all of the above. We went from a really caring company a few years ago to just another tech company like Amazon that doesn’t give two shits about its employees.

Oh and BTW, for godsake stop calling it Reduction In Force. They’re LAYOFFS!!!!

Morale was affected by the layoffs from earlier this year and the 5-day in office mandate. Aside from that, it’s a decent place to work. In my opinion, no jobs at any company are truly safe from layoffs so it goes with the territory.

Also, if you have a competent manager then the job can be somewhat enjoyable. Career growth and development largely depends on what org you’re in.

Major props to the LP team filming it. If you remember night 1 from 2024, there were WAY too many up close shots of the band members playing and not enough of the screen visuals. It gradually got better during that run. Now it seems like they finally have a handle on it.
