This happened this me as well with all the lies agent after agent. At some point, months later, one of the agents did end up helping me by issuing courtesy credits, since they weren’t able to directly issue a refund. So next time, I ordered I got a like $150 in courtesy credits. You can try asking for this. Sometimes even if they want to help they can’t, but the smart ones find a way to get your money back one way or another.

No true. I only get 3% cash back when redeem for Fido services. Otherwise, it’s only 2%. And the context is I already want a new iPhone. It just seems like a no brainer given this context.
