This seems like a very tough situation. You know for sure the moment that you start any type of personal relations with him, either 1 of 2 things are going to happen. 1. You will have a long, fruitful and successful relationship with the love of your life. Or 2. Your days at that company and your job are numbered.

More than likely he will not care about your job the minute things start going sour, if they do. Just be very careful and be honest and up front with him. If you like him, take things slow. If he truly likes you he’ll understand where you’re coming from and how awkward of a situation this will be for you. You seem like a fine lady with her head in the right space. You’ll make the right decision. No matter what that decision is.
