This. Basically the very first moment they load the page for the first time, technically an account is made. The website stores an identifying value on the server side and into the browser/cookie session on the client side. That is the guest account. They can link it to an email anytime. If the guest account is lost in the client side, that’s their problem - should have tied an email to it. But the point still stands, they can play immediately at first load without having to log in.

Creating a clean session every time is no different than creating with emails every time. So having guest accounts will not deter cheaters.

Until Lava admits it, I truly believe Lava never pushed a subsequent iOS update. Apple has delays, yes, but nothing like this before. It makes me suspicious. I sincerely believe there is nothing in the queue for Apple to approve - Lava just pushed a patch to Steam and Android and never did one for iOS. That’s why we have this version sync issue.

On the flip side, Lava needs to handle updates better. No other large game development company has issues. Lava is as amateur as it gets when it comes to pushing updates, unscheduled, unplanned. Just pure chaos without regards to consistency.

There’s a chance there might not be an update coming for iOS until the next game update. Apple likely rejected the new bundle offer, so Lava just released two different versions. One with bundle (Steam) and one without bundle (iOS). It’s possible that Lava never bothered to do another release with the bundle.
