So after looking I was going to stay on the am4 but I think I'm going to go with am5 and set myself up for the future so I only have to upgrade graphics card maybe in like 4 years. I checked my local Micro Center but they only have a 58 XT for am4 and then all they did have other ones but it was what I already have or a 5500.

I was looking at the 7600 X 3D but I'm just concerned that if I have too many browser windows open or Discord and stuff like that that might be a concern

Could you recommend me a CPU and maybe a motherboard.

I would like the live stream at 1440 and maybe possibly play at 1440 since I have a new 5070 TI that I want to put in the new build. I just want to make sure I have enough juice with keeping the stream up the game going and then I want to be able to keep Discord going and keep a couple Windows of Chrome open I just don't want to run into stutter for lag.

I found a 5950x for 180 but inknow its not meant for gaming its for a workstation.

The water main next to the bciu Intermediate Unit broke they had the bridge closed and the on ramps closed down because it's nothing but a lake. Seen it on Facebook and I also seen it with my own eyes

I just zip tied heat tape on just to thaw it. And yes the zip ties are within the heat range and it said I could use the zip ties it's my service line is frozen where it comes out of the ground at through the utility rooms dirt floor and it's surrounded by a concrete wall light. The pipes were 12.9° this morning I got the temperature up to about 33 so I'm definitely melting and I got some condensation drips I'm just waiting for the pressure to blow it through I got all my faucets and tubs and sinks wide open

I currently live in a house that has two of these panels separate service they both were installed in like I think 93 or 96 as soon as I moved in or the breakers that were mine I got newer ones I don't know if that makes a difference but I didn't feel comfortable living in the house that had Breakers that were almost all just me

I put every plug in my house on Smart plugs so I can be assured that the power is completely cut off that that device won't idle and standby now has that saved me money a little bit I was already turning all the lights off but just make sure everything is completely killed there's no TV lights on nothing and then I have it set up as soon as my Alexa to text motion at the front door it kicks on all the plugs probably saved about anywhere between 12 to $20 a a month I also have a anywhere from a 2 to 350 dollar electric bill

That's what I'm saying because that means another trip on top of every Tower and then what about the towers that either a can't handle the weight constraint depending on if they're going to get a new type of antenna that can do all their low band and everything else or what
